Geetika began as a freelancer, went on to work with multiple organizations full-time, and continued taking on consulting roles along the way. A perfectionist by instinct, Shailayee believes good design lives in the details, probably because detailing runs in the bloodline. With 4+ years of experience in shaping visual identities, she brings together aesthetics, structure, and intentionality in everything she creates. She somehow always delivers on time, but almost never before time, because every pixel, alignment, and visual decision needs to feel just right. Her work focuses on building identities that don’t just look beautiful, but stay memorable.
